We specialize in automated systems for multi-sliding or telescopic doors and windows. In addition to making life easier and safer for homeowners, our state-of-the-art systems are a sound investment as they increase the value of our customers' homes.

Doors In Motion began with a vision; allow homeowners to open large doors with the touch of a button.

After pioneering a new industry, our mission was to set the standard in residential door automation. Opening for business in 2001, Doors In Motion began providing its first automation systems to builders and door dealers throughout Arizona. In 2003, the company launched its fabrication and installation of multi-sliding doors, a method that combines the Doors In Motion track system with nearly all types of wood door panels. With the introduction of multi-slide systems, Doors In Motion achieved synergistic relationships with the most respected door manufacturers in the industry, organizations we proudly work with today.

The company continued to expand, and increased the size of its Scottsdale, Arizona location over the next few years. In 2006, Doors In Motion introduced the newly improved series 500 motor to the national market. Doors In Motion then began classes to certify new dealers in automation installation. Shortly after, in 2007, the company launched the series 200 motor, designed specifically to better accommodate smaller doors and openings. More recently, Doors In Motion extended its services to include a new bi-fold fabrication process. The company also established its second corporate facility, Doors In Motion East, located in Ocala, Florida. To this day, we continue to embrace an unwavering commitment to our customers, suppliers, shareholders, and employees. Through continuous process improvements, Doors In Motion maintains its position as the leader in residential door automation, multi-slide, and bi-fold fabrication.
